特許庁は2024年3月13日、「AI関連技術に関する特許審査事例について」と題するウェブページを更新し、進歩性、記載要件及び発明該当性に関する10の事例を追加公表しました。

On March 13, 2024, the Japan Patent Office (JPO) updated its webpage titled "Patent Examination Case Examples pertinent to AI-related technologies" and published 10 additional case examples concerning inventive step, description requirements, and eligibility.
